When arriving in a new resort simple things like finding suitable ski hire and where to buy your lift pass can become a headache.

Ski hire is available at numerous shops throughout the resort (check out the listing in our directory) Make sure your boots fit correctly. Take advice from the professionals, tell them your standard of skiing (without exaggerating) and your truthful weight! This will determine the equipment they provide you with which will hopefully lead a better, safer experience on the slopes.

You can buy your lift pass in several locations. Online is probably the easiest through Téléverbier. Or, you can stop by the Swiss Mountain Spirit office conveniently located in the Place Centrale. Don't forget other ski areas of Savoleyres and Bruson. You can buy separate lift passes for these areas which are cheaper if you just stay in the area specified and don't use other lifts in the 4 Valley area.
