Verbier's not only famous location for playing on the snow, there's another 'sport' on offer - nightlife. Dancing in your ski boots at after-ski, downing strangely named shots or sipping delicious cocktails - Verbier's nightlife menu has something for everyone.

Like the vast expanse of ski runs to choose from, there is also an abundance of bars. The selection has increased over the last few years. Now you can have beers and shots in classic establishments like the Pub Mont Fort, or you can head to the likes of the Farinet Lounge, Nevaï, or Kings bar for sophisticated city style cocktails. No longer is Switzerland home to preconceived ideas of traditional Alpine bars - although these have a unique charm and should not to be missed. When you arrive in Verbier the only problem with the nightlife is where should you go when there's so much choice. Most nights during the season, something will be happening somewhere. Live music is making a more regular appearance in the resort with bands from around the globe. When the bars close head to one of the nightclubs, the famous Farm Club still draws the crowds as well as the Casbah and new this year, the sophisticated Coco Club.
